An Expert Review involves experienced Progress UX professionals evaluating a product’s usability and design based on best practices, competing products, heuristics, and our many years of experience to identify potential issues, improvement opportunities, and what is already working well.

Unlike user testing, it doesn’t involve actual users but relies on the expertise of the reviewers to identify potential usability issues and areas for improvement. This method is efficient for quickly identifying major problems and can be conducted at any stage of the design process to ensure the product meets usability standards and provides a positive user experience.
